Ingredients
3.0 cup Green Beans (snap)4.0 tbsp chili garlic sauce10.0 Grams Corn Starch0.25 cup Tofu, firm10.0 Grams Rice flour, brown2.0 tbsp Omega -3 Flax Oil1.0 tbsp Fish Sauce2.0 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Bragg's Organic2.0 tsp Ginger Root
Directions
In wok or large skillet add oil on medium-high heat Cut tofu into bite sized squares, coat with corn starch-rice flour mixture Place tofu in pan and fry on both sides, remove from pan Add your green beans, ginger,chili garlic sauce, fish sauce(optional) and ACV to the pan quickly sautee, at the end sprinkle the remainder of your corn starch-flour mixture to thicken the sauce
