Ingredients
6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 serving GNC Pro Performance Whey Isolate 28 Protein Powder (Vanilla): 1 scoop= 1 serving
Directions
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Beat egg yolks and protein powder together until creamy, fold into egg whites carefully and then put into bread tin. bake moderate oven 30-40 minutes. Leave to cool 5 minutes, finish cooling on wire rack. Slice and serve. Toasts well and freezes well.
