Ingredients
2.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated0.25 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A2.0 clove Garlic0.75 tbsp Parsley3.0 slice, large (4-1/2" x 3-1/4" x 3/4") Bread, italian12.0 oz Beef, ground, 80% lean meat / 20% fat, patty, cooked, broiled [hamburger, ground round]
Directions
Soak Italian bread (best if stale) in milk. Mix all ingredients. Roll and place in sauce and simmer until sauce/meatballs are cooked. Serving Size: Makes 10 2in meatballs
