Lower Carb Chocolate Banana Bread

1/2 cup Canola Oil 1/4 C Splenda Brown Sugar Blend 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1/4 cup Flour, white 1/2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Baking Soda 3 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, mashed
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix canola oil and sugar blend. Add eggs and beat until smooth.
In separate bowl, blend dry ingredients together. Stir into oil mixture just until wet.
Put in greased bread pan and cook at 350 for about 35-40 minutes. Cool about 10 minutes before removing from pan.
Serving Size: Makes 12 slices
