Ingredients
12 oz Barilla Tri-Color Rotini Pasta (by OPERACHIC) 2.5 cup Chunky Ragu (Tomato, Garlic and Onion) (by VATAKAZO) 16 oz Pork Sausage, fresh, bulk, cooked 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw .5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 cup Great Value Italian Stewed Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic, and Oregano 1 tsp Kosher Salt (by 65PLUS1) 1 dash Pepper, black 1 clove Garlic 3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded 1 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded .5 cup Cheese, Kroger Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese Shredded 1 1tsp Olive Oil
Directions
Cook pasta. Brown sausage with onion, green pepper, garlic. Add canned tomatoes and ragu. Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic salt/powder, and Italian seasonings. Put pasta in casserole dish, mix in sauce, cover with cheese blend, bake 20 mins or until cheese is bubbly
