500 grams Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 1.5 tbsp Butter, unsalted 125 ml boiling water225 ml cold water 9 gram(s) Jelly lite strawberry 1 whole packet (by BIZZA1)
Beat Whipping cream, set aside in fridge. In a small bowl, melt butter, add almond flour and egg, knead until smooth, wrap in plastic and put in freezer for 30 minutes. In pie dish roll our pastry with fingers to cover base. Bake in moderate oven 20 minutes until lightly browned - cool. In another bowl dissolve jelly in 125ml boiling water, add cold water, stir well and add cold strawberries (defrosted), pour over shortbread base and set in fridge until set. cut into 10 and serve with dollop of whipped cream
