Ingredients
3 cup, cubes Eggplant, fresh 1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 tbsp Olive Oil small amount salt, pepper, and garlic salt
Directions
cut vegetables salt and pepper
measure 4 olive oils tbs and pour over vegetables in a cookie pan with sides, bake at 380 degrees until the vegetables are at the texture you wish.
