Ingredients
3 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 16 oz Carrot chips(raw carrots cut in medallions with crinkles, not actual chips) 16 oz Lamb Stew Meat SuperiorFarms (by PROULXL) 6 cup Vegetable Broth
Directions
Peel and cut up potatoes into chunks. Dump all ingredients into slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
