Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
5 cup regular oats1 cup Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil 1 cup White Sugar1 cup, packed Brown Sugar 1T + 1 tsp Baking Powder r 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground 0.5 tsp Nutmeg, ground 2 cup Milk - Skim (Non Fat)
Directions
Mix oil, salt, sugars, baking powder, eggs, cinnamon, nutmet, and oats together until well blended. Slowly add milk and continue mixing until well incorporated. Grease a 9x13 pan with spray Pam. Pour in pan, cover and refrigerate ovenight. Uncover and bake at 350 degress for 30 - 45 minutes or until firm and golden brown. Serve with peaches and cream poured on top (not included in nutritional information). You will have a different consistency if the oatmeal does not sit overnight.
