One Egg Feta Spinach Omlette

Ingredients
1 serving Egg whole - medium per egg 1 serving Cheese - Feta, Crumbled - Treasure Cave x 1/4 Cup .25 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese .5 cup Spinich - fresh Queen Victoria baby spinich .25 serving Carrot Sticks (baby) 3 oz serving 0.25 gram coconut oil cooking spray (by KATHEBOS)
Directions
Spray a 10 inch skill with coconut oil spray. Bring to medium heat, saute spinach and carrot mixture until slightly wilted. Remove, and re-spray as necessary; add whipped medium egg. Evenly coat pan with egg until slightly cook still soft on top and add spinach mixture. Top with feta and cream cheese dots. Carefully turn 1/2 over. Let sit to melt chees and serve yourself!
