Ingredients
2 cup Hood Cottage Cheese 4% milkfat 1 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded 8 serving Strawberry Gelatin Sugar Free (Kroger) mix only (1/4 packet) (by SPUTMAN) 0.25 cup, whole Almonds 2 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 2 serving Great Value No Calorie Stevia
Directions
1. place whipping cream, mixing bowl and beaters in freezer for about 10 minutes before starting. it helps the whipping cream whip faster and fluffier.
2. mix the jello powder and cottage cheese together until completely combined.
3. Add nuts and shredded cheese to jello mixture and combine,
4. Whip the cream into soft peak stage and add in sweetner.... continue whipping until it forms stiff peaks.
5. Gently fold whipped cream and jello mixture together until completely combined.
6. Chill 2 to 4 hrs
