Ingredients
16 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 small Onions, raw .5 cup, diced Celery, raw .5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 2 clove Garlic 2 serving Cheese, Parmasean 1/4 cup (by ONEBADGOOSE) 3 serving Pork Rinds(Pork Skins)(1/2 oz)
Directions
food process vegetables until pureed. Add all ingredients in bowl and mix with hands until completely mixed. Shape into a loaf and place into loaf pan or a casserole dish sprayed with PAM.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour minutes. Slice in middle to check if done. Cut into 6 slices.

Serving Size: makes 1 loaf cut into 6 pieces.
