Preheat oven to 350. Put oats in a blender and blend until they turn to a powder. Turn off blender and add cottage cheese, egg whites, Erythritol and Xythritol sugars plus a pinch of stevia, vanilla extract, and baking powder. Blend well. Lightly coat a 9X13 baking pan and pour batter in, spreading evenly. Sprinlkle fresh blueberries over top and push into batter with finger tips. Bake 35 minutes or until golden brown.
