Ingredients
8.0 oz Hillshire Farm Turkey polska Kielbasa4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw4.0 serving Egg white, large1.0 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil74.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw0.5 cup Cauliflower, raw1.0 cup Spinach, fresh1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 cup, sliced Summer Squash0.25 cup, chopped Scallions, raw5.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded
Directions
Cook kielbasa in non stick pan until browned then set aside. Add chopped veggies to same pan with a tsp of olive oil and cook until tender. Add eds and egg whites to a bowl and mix well adding salt and pepper to taste. In large oven proof skillet with non stick coating put in all the meat and veggies them put over egg mixture and cook on low heat until it sets but is still wet on top. Sprinkle with cheese and place under broiler until browned and puffed. Serve hot or cold
