Bacon Crustless Quiche

15 Eggs 15 Large Slices Turkey Bacon 1 1/2 cup Half & Half 3/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream 2 oz (about 1 cup) Dubliner Cheese 2 oz (about 1 cup) Cabot Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese Salt and Pepper to taste
1. Fry bacon until brown, drain & place on paper towels until cool. Crumble bacon & set aside.
2. Combine eggs, cream, salt & pepper in a large bowl and whisk until well combined.
3. Grease a 9x11 baking dish and pour in egg mixture. Sprinkle bacon evenly and then sprinkle the cheese on top.
4. Bake @ 350 for 30-45 minutes.
Cool and enjoy!
