Keto Friendly Egg Muffins

Ingredients
12 serving 1 Egg- large, fresh 2 serving bacon, fully cooked Ready Crisp, 3 pieces (by KIMTIM2010) .5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 0.66 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
chop up bacon strips and place into the bottom of a 12-count greased muffin tin
Next add chopped green pepper into each muffin tin
Beat eggs with pepper and then add by 1/4 cup into each muffin tin, use remaining egg mix to fill up cups
Next add the cheese on top of each egg muffin.
Bake 30-35 minutes in a 350 degree oven.

    incredible. You can use browned sauge as well. Tried it was ham but it was a little bit soggy. You can use muffin liners... foil is best. If you are doing it in the muffin pan.. make sure to spray the pan well. - 12/6/18

    It would help to give measurements in g and oz. giving .66 cup is not helpful. What is 2 serving bacon?? And 12 serving 1 egg fresh?? 12 eggs or serves 12 and 1 egg. This is NOT A RECIPE. Sorry., but I would like the recipe if I could use it. Xx - 9/2/19
