3 cup FlapJacked Apple Cinnamon Protein Pancake Mix (made w/ water, 6 servings per bag) 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
mix ingredients in large bowl, coat muffin tin with coconut oil spray, fill each muffin section with 1/4 cup mixture, bake at 350 until done.
