Ingredients
6 tbsp Coconut Oil 6 tbsp ARTISANA COCONUT BUTTER 0.5 cup Chaokoh coconut milk (by MANALOA) 4 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill) 1 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 4 gram(s) Pyure Organic Stevia with Inulin (per packet) (by JO_JO_BA) 3 serving Pyure liquid stevia (by AZQUEEN) .5 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream 1 oz Almonds (whole, raw, Kirkland brand)
Directions
warm coconut oil and coconut butter up in the microwave to soften, mix all ingredients in to taste, except the whole almonds.
as the mixture cools it will fluff up like frosting. spoon into molds.
chop almonds, or leave whole and garnish on top. freeze to set.
