Lowfat brownies v. 2.0

1 cup flour1/3 cup brown sugar splenda (not the blend!)1/3 cup sugar1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa1/2 tsp baking soda2 Tbsp Lighter bake1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce1/2 cup egg substitute1 tsp vanilla
Line an 8 inch square pan with aluminum foil and coat with cooking spray.
Preheat oven to 350
Combine flour, sugar, sugar substitute, cocoa, and soda in a medium bowl.
In another bowl, whisk together the lighter bake, egg substitute, egg white, and vanilla until blended.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just blended.
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. The cake will be moist - a toothpick will *not* come out clean.
Cut into 9 squares - makes 9 servings.
