Italian Turkey Meat Balls

Ingredients
64 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean .5 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes 1 tbsp Italian Spice (by SLIDOG) 1 cup, crumbled Feta Cheese 4 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tsp Garlic powder .5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
I used kitchen aide since it was such a large batch. Mix everything till well combined. I used ice cream scoop to get consistent 1 inch balls.

You can fry in batches in a pan, or personally I found it easier and cleaner to just bake. Line Cookie sheet with foil. Spray Pam or lightly oil to keep from sticking. I fit 24 meat balls per sheet, evenly spaced. Preheat oven to 375 degrees, It took on average about 30 min. Internal temp 165.
