Mini Bacon and Cheese Quiches

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 1 large Hormel Real Crumbled Bacon, 1/2 cupLow Fat Ricotta Cheese - 1/2 cupMozzarella, Fat Free, .5 cup Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese, .5 cup Green Onion, 3 medium, choppedGarlic powder, .25 tsp Mini Fillo Shells 45 shellscayenne and black pepper to taste
Directions
1.) In a mixing bowl combine the 1st nine ingredients. Place shells on a baking sheet; fill each with 1 rounded tsp of mixture.

2.) Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until filling is set and shells are light brown.

3 tarts = 1 serving.
