C&M Crustless Broccoli Quiche

Ingredients
- 4 Large or Extra large eggs- 8oz (227 grams) Sour Cream - 8oz (227 grams) Daisy Low Fat Cottage Cheese 2% Milk Fat Small Curd - 0.25 cup all purpose Flour - 0.50 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated - 1 tsp Onion powder - 0.75 cup Broccoli, blanched - 2 cup Monterey Jack Shredded Cheese
Directions
Combine eggs, sour cream, cottage cheeze, parmesan, flour and onion powder. Then mix in monterey jack and broccoli.

Pour into grease 10" quiche dish and bake at 350 for 45 minutes, or until set. Quiche should be puffed and golden brown.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes and serve
