1.5 cup, whole or halves Macadamia Nuts 103 grams Cocoa Butter Oil 6 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 1.5 cup Half and Half Cream 1 serving Erythritol 1/4 Cup (by CYBERGRANNY1)
bring half and half to slightly warmer than room temperature.
use a blender or food processor to puree the macadamia nuts.
melt cocoa butter over double boiler. Add cocoa powder and erythritol, stir until smooth.
stir in warmed cream, remove from heat. blend until smooth.
pour into molds or into a greased glass fudge plate. Let cool in fridge until solid. Should stay firm at room temp.
