16 oz Pork Breakfast Sausage (by JASONES) 6 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh .5 cup, chopped Scallions, raw .5 cup, diced Celery, raw 2 tbsp La Choy Lite Soy Sauce (Low sodium) 1 tsp Ginger Root 4 clove Garlic 1 tbsp Sesame Oil 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds 1 tbsp Olive Oil
In a large skillet or wok, heat oil
Add chopped garlic, cook 2 minutes
Add sausage and cook until no longer pink
Add celery and scallion, cook 2 minutes
Add cabbage and cook 4 minutes
Remove from head, drizzle with sesame oil
Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve
