1/4 cup Coconut Oil 4 tbsp Butter, unsalted 4 oz Cream Cheese 1 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice Stevia (to taste)1 Tbsp Lemon zest 1

Blend all ingredients with a hand mixer until smooth.

Pour into cupcake liners, tins or molds.

Freeze until firm ‐ at least a few hours, preferably overnight.

Sprinkle with lemon zest.
