Ingredients
3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1/8 tsp Cream Of Tartar 3 tbsp Cream Cheese, softened
Directions
Separate eggs. Add cream of tartar to egg whites and whip to stiff peaks. Add cream cheese to egg yolks and mix by hand until fairly smooth. Add 1/4 egg whites to yolks and combine. Fold in remaining yolks. Divide evenly into 6 rounds on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 miinutes.
