Ingredients
3.0 cup Baby Spinach Organic1.0 cup Romaine lettuce serving size 2 cups fresh express hearts of romaine0.5 cup, sliced Strawberries, fresh1.25 serving Apple, Gala (medium)3.0 serving Fit & Active Fresh Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage (serving = 1 link)0.1 cup, slivered Almonds12.0 cubes Croutons, seasoned3.0 serving Cheddar Cheese, Tillamook All Natural Sharp Cheddar (1 oz)1.5 tbsp Aunt Sues Raw Wild Natural Honey1.5 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil1.5 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar1.0 tsp Honey Mustard
Directions
Cook sausage til no longer pink. While it cooks mix the oil, honey, apple cider vinegar, and honey mustard together for the vinaigrette. Slice apples, strawberries, and cheese. Chop romaine lettuce bite size mix with spinach and rinse strain to dry. I mixed in strainer the all ingriedents except dressing and sausage. Plate salad mix drizzle dressing and top with italian sausage
