Ingredients
1 cup Bob's Red Mill Polenta 1 cup Trder Joes Shredded Swiss and Gruyere Cheese Blend (by FRESHSTART057) .5 cup Sour Cream, reduced fat 4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Pour polenta into salted boiling water, stir approx. 20 min until creamy, stir in cheese & sour cream.

After 2 servings, leftover fits into 9" pie plate.
