2.0 cup kale - Glory chopped kale, fresh0.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh2.0 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds0.4 serving Navitas Raw Cacao Powder (1 serving = 2.5 Tbsp or 14g)6.0 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla

Chopped up banana then add kale then hemp seed and the couch top off with almond milk blend until smooth
