Salmon Omlette

Ingredients
1 cup egg beaters1 Salmon patty (Trident)1/4 cup sweet onion1 Lime wedge2 tbsp Cilantro1 oz cream cheese
Directions
Lightly spray pan with canola/olive oil and brown Salmon patty over medium heat. As the Salmon is browning sqeeze the lime wedge over the patty.

Once browned dice patty up and set aside.
Take a skillet and spray a canola/olive oil. Heat over meduim/low heat. Once skillet is ready, pour in the egg beaters/eggwhites, onion and 1 tbsp Cilantro.
Add the diced salmon patty and cream cheese cover.
