Beef with Broccoli

Ingredients
1 can French onion soup , campbells1 tablespoon Soy sauce1/4 teaspoon Ground ginger1 clove Garlic, minced2 tablespoons Cornstarch1 pound Top sirloin steak, tips4 cups Broccoli1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes1/4 cup Sherry1 tablespoon Olive oil
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients and set aside. Cut sirloin tips into small bite-sized pieces.
Brown steak tips in oil. Remove from pan. Cook broccoli in sherry until crisp tender. Return beef to pan and add first 5 combined ingredients. Cover and simmer approximately 5 minutes or until sauce has thickened.
