Sesame Crusted Tuna Steak

Ingredients
1 large or 2-3 small yellowfin tuna steaks2 Tbsp. Sesame Oil1-2 oz. of toasted regular and black sesame seeds
Directions
Spray tuna steaks with Pam olive oil spray. Put sesame seeds on a plate and press each side of the tuna steak onto seeds to crust top and bottom of tuna. Heat Sesame Oil in saute pan over medium heat. Pan sear tuna on each side for about 3-5 min. depending on thickness of steak. It is done when middle is still slightly pink.

    Excellent and simple, delicious and not overpowering. I don't use Pam spray, so instead, I dipped the steaks in lemon juice before putting them into the sesame seeds.
