Ingredients
40.0 gram Tyson Grilled & Ready Chicken Chunk White Pouch56.0 gram Joseph's Flatbread Honey Wheat15.0 gram Red Onion12.0 gram Marketside Leafy Romaine Salad4.0 tsp Cholula Chili Lime Hot Sauce10.0 gram Matchstix Carrots0.25 tsp McCormick Garlic Pepper Seasoning
Directions
Mix ingredients and place on lower third of wrap. Ingredients should cover no more than 1/4-1/3 of the wrap. Fold in sides, and roll tightly from the bottom up, keeping the roll tight at the front. Some stretching is good. *Remove hot sauce and seasoning, and use fresh cooked chicken to reduce sodium. Try plain, non-fat Greek yogurt, red and black pepper instead. Serving Size: 1 Wrap
