2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 4 medium slices, cooked (raw product packed 20/lb) Bacon, pork, microwaved 0.75 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 2 clove Garlic 12.5 grams Tomato Paste 2 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium 1 tsp Oregano, ground 1 tsp Paprika 0.25 tsp Cumin seed
Cook bacon, remove from pan and then brown the chicken in the bacon grease. Remove chicken once browned, it doesn't have to be fully cooked at this point. Add in the veggies and Cook for 5 minutes on medium low heat. Once the veggies are soft, add meat back in as well as tomato paste, seasonings and broth.
Simmer for 30 minutes with lid on. Remove lid and allow to thicken while simmering to your desired consistency.
