Peanut Butter Low Carb Meal Replacement Bar

Ingredients
4 tbsp PB Fit 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 3 tbsp "LouAna" Pure Coconut Oil
Directions
Heat up oil on the stove on medium heat. Mix all other ingredients together. Once oil is warm, take off heat and mix in all other ingredients. Put ingredients in a freezer bag (thicker) and stick ingredients together. Once ingredients are incorporated and shaped, remove from bag and refrigerate.
