Chicken and Lentil Soup in the Instant Pot

Ingredients
1 lb dried lentils12 oz (3) boneless skinless chicken thighs, all fat trimmed8 cups water2 tbsp chicken Better than Bouillon1 small onion, chopped2 scallions, chopped1/4 cup chopped cilantro3 cloves garlic1 medium ripe tomato, diced1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp cumin1/4 tsp oregano1/2 tsp sazon (I used my homemade blend) or paprika1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more to taste
Directions
Place all ingredients into the instant pot.
Stir, cover and seal.
Use the Soup button and set for 30 minutes.
Allow to natural pressure release, then open, shred the chicken and stir.
