Ingredients
5 large (1-3/8" dia) Strawberries, fresh 30 berries Blueberries, fresh 10 raspberries Raspberries 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 100 gram(s) Yogurt, President's Choice 0% Greek Yogurt Plain 1 cup Almond Milk, Silk, True Almond, unsweetened, original
Directions
Cut up strawberries and banana and wash all berries. Place these fruits into a blender. Add yogurt and milk to the blender and blend for about 1 minute . Pour into a cup and drink away! (You can use blackberries as well if desirable) Serving Size: Makes a large dinner cup serving or more
