Ingredients
6.0 serving Vita's Low Carb Tortilla, 7" White Low Carb Tortilla3.0 serving Sausage - Jimmy Dean, Heat 'N Serve Original Pork/Turkey (2 patties)6.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 cup pieces Shiitake Mushrooms1.5 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
Directions
Mix eggs, mushrooms, cut up sausage patties in fry pan. Once cooked, fill each tortilla with filling and add a quarter cup of cheese. Wrap with plastic wrap and freeze. Microwave 1 minute, flip, microwave one more minute. Let cool 30 seconds. Eat.
