Orzo Salad

Ingredients
2.0 cup Tomatoes - sm cherry tomatoes1.0 cup cucumbers, with peel, raw1.0 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, sweet, red, fresh0.75 cup Orzo Pasta16.0 tbsp Salad dressing, Kraft, Lite Zesty Italian0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Directions
Cook orzo according to package directions. Cut tomatoes in half and dice peppers, cucumbers, and onion. Drain and rinse pasta in cold water. When the water is well drained from pasta add it to vegetables. Pour dressing over the salad and mix well. Chill and serve. I also add McCormick Salad Supreme seasoning, not included in calculation
