Ingredients
12.0 oz Pasta, Lasagna Noodles2.0 cup Breakstone's 4% Cottage Cheese0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated4.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.0 tbsp Parsley, dried1.0 tbsp Garlic powder12.0 serving Prego 100% Natural Fresh Mushroom Italian Sauce
Directions
Cook noodles according to instructions. Rinse with cold water & drain. Mix all other ingredients and place thin strip down a noodle & roll. Place in baking dish with sauce in bottom. Cover rolls with sauce. Cover pan with foil & bake at 375 for 30 min. Remove foil, sprinkle with mozzarella & let sit 10 min before serving.
