8 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz 1 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar .5 cup Cider Vinegar 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 4 serving Garlic (fresh, raw, 1 clove) (by MYWALK4LIFE) 1 tsp Salt 1 tbsp Pepper, black 4 tsp Dijon Mustard (Great Value) 4 tsp Lee and Perkins Worchestershire sauce reduced sodium (by ALGROVE1) .5 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 16 oz Ground Pork 32 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck .67 cup Oatmeal - Trader Joe's Quick Cook Steel Cut Oats 2 tbsp Parsley, dried 4 serving bacon, hormel black label bacon lower sodium 2 pcs 1 tsp Thyme, ground
Directions
make glaze separately first.... mix other ingredients together, form loaf, use half glaze on top, cover with bacon, reglaze. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
