8.0 ounces Chicken Breast , no skin, 1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth or Bouillon2.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap3.0 cup Great Value Deluxe Stir Fry Frozen Vegetable mix0.5 tsp Salt1.0 tsp Pepper, black6.0 tbsp country crock original butter0.5 cup Brown Rice, long grain
Directions
Cut up the chicken into bite size pieces Add to a large Skillet add salt and pepper Cook on medium heat till chicken turns white Add rice, veggies , water, and broth Bring to a boil reduce heat to low Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or till rice is tender May need more water or broth
