Mashed Cauliflower with Spinach

Ingredients
3.0 cup Cauliflower, raw10.0 cup Spinach, fresh1.0 cup Sour Cream1.0 stick Butter, salted1.0 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese1 tsp salt1 1/2 tsp dried minced onion1/4 tsp dried dill
Directions
Cut up cauliflower flowerettes, boil 7 min Add a bag of fresh spinach in at end to wilt Drain well Add stick of butter and veggies to blender, combine well Add sour cream and seasonings, blend well Pour into a greased casserole dish and top with cheddar. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min
