Apple cinnamon crockpot oats

Ingredients
1 cup Steel Cut Oats 4 cups ff milk 2 apples, cored, chopped 1.5 tsp cinnamon 2 tsp vanilla 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 cup Splenda 1/4 cup dried cranberries
Directions
Chop apples. Put all ingredients in the crockpot. Stir, simmer on low 4-4.5 hours.

    The "flavor" was great...but boy was it a pot full of MUSH! Maybe it's cuz I didn't have Steel Cut Oats, I used Old-Fashioned...I MIGHT try it again with the correct oats. - 5/28/08
