Ingredients
1.0 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato1.0 cup, grated Carrots, raw0.5 cup Bok Choy, raw-shreaded2.0 medium Zucchini, baby2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Put a dessert spoon of mixture in pan and flatten with spatula. Use a small amount of olive oil. Turn over and cook other side til brown. Serve with avocado or goats cheese.
