Turkey-Apple Salad Wraps (from Sonoma Diet Cookbook)

12 ounces cooked turkey breast, shredded1 c chopped green apple1/2 c chopped celery1/2 c chopped walnuts, toasted1/2 c sliced green onions1/2 c chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley1/4 c dried tart cherries1/2 c Fage 2% Greek yogurt2 T lemon juice1/2 to 1 t bottled hot pepper sauce1/4 t kosher salt1/4 t freshly ground pepper12 butterhead (Boston or Bibb) lettuce leaves
1. In a large bowl combine the turkey, apple, celery, walnuts, green onions, parsley, and cherries.
2. In a small bowl stir together the yogurt, lemon juice, hot pepper sauce, kosher salt and black pepper. Add the yogurt mixture to the turkey mixture; stir until well mixed.
3. Divide turkey mixture among lettuce leaves, spooning turkey mixure into center of each leaf. Fold bottom edge of each lettuce leaf up and over filling. Fold opposite sides in and over filling. Roll up from the bottom.
