Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1.0 tsp Celery seed80.0 Grams Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)5.0 tbsp chopped Onions, raw3.0 tbsp Peppers, sweet, red, fresh2.0 serving Subway Vinegar (1 teaspoons)8.0 oz Chicken, rotisserie cooked, breast meat, no skin
Directions
Dice 2 sides of skinless, rotisserie chicken breast Mince red onion to about 5 T...I used half a medium red onion Mince 2 larger pieces jarred, roasted red peppers to about 3 T Measure about 80 grams of mayo...of course you can use light or less mayo to taste but this was a great consistency Add 1 T vinegar. I used white Add celery seed Mix it all together. The longer it sits the better it is!! Serving Size: About 3 1/2 cup servings
