Ingredients
2.0 cup, small curd (not packed) Creamed Cottage Cheese1.0 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber (peeled)0.5 cup, sliced Onions, raw1.0 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes1.0 clove Garlic0.25 tsp Salt6.0 tsp Sugar In The Raw2.0 tbsp Cider Vinegar0.12 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Blend all ingredients except cottage cheese & let stand for 30 minutes. Spoon mixture over scoop of cottage cheese and serve as a side dish.
