2 tsp Cinnamon, ground 2 tsp Coriander seed 3 tsp Cumin seed 1 tsp Oregano, ground 3 cup Whole Blue Corn - 1/4 cup, dry (56g) 453 gram Vegetable - Bean - Black Turtle Beans - Dried Winn Dixie - grams 4.50 oz Chipotle or Other Dried Chile 1 chile roughly ¼ oz 60 serving Garlic (1 clove) 2.10 gram(s) Star Anise Seed Pod (1 ea)
Soak the corn and beans. Grind everything but the onions and oil up in a blender with water. Fry the onions. Bung it all in a pot an bake it for a long time.
