Brown Rice and Red Lentil Patties

Ingredients
2 cups brown rice1 cup Red Lentils4 Cups chopped mixed vegetable (either your own fresh mix or frozen2 cloves garlic crushed1 Tblsp Vegemite (or you could try Tahini)1 Tblsp Ground Turmeric1 Cup Rice Flour1 Cup fine ground oatmeal
Directions
Makes 26 patties,
Cook rice in 12 cups water 40 mins
Cook lentils in 2 cups water 10 mins
Cook chopped mixed veges until tender
mix together
add 2 cloves crushed garlic
add Turmeric
Add 1 tblsp Vegemite
+ any other spices you may like
then mix and add 1 cup rice flour
form into patties & coat in fine ground oats
put onto baking tray covered with baking paper and bake in a cool oven for 60 minutes, turning once.
Freeze patties once cool for quick & easy vegetarian meals or burgers -, are nice with sweet chilli sauce,
